Childcare Voucher Scheme

Unfortunately, the Government closed the Childcare Vouchers scheme to new entrants on 4th October 2018. This means that, if you’re a parent looking to join Childcare Vouchers for the first time, that option is no longer available to you. The information here is for existing Childcare Voucher scheme members only.

Further information can be found at the following GOV.UK website and Useful Links mentioned at the bottom of this page.

Childcare Vouchers Scheme

If you are registered with any childcare vouchers service provider before 4th October 2018, you must pay directly to that service provider, and then the service provider transfers that amount to the school. All of these voucher service providers act as a middle party between the parents and the school due to tax implications as these vouchers are tax-free payments and effect parents' annual tax calculations.

Once the amount is transferred into the school's bank account, if a refund needs to be initiated, the school has to send the amount back to the service provider to adjust the tax implications, you will then receive your refund from them directly.

Therefore, please note that we are unable to refund you directly from the school.
