Christmas Lunch Menu and Christmas Jumper Day - 14th December

Friends of Adamsrill - Winter Fair Donations 

 

We need your help for this year’s Winter Fair. This year our theme for the Winter Fair is ‘pre-loved’. An attempt to re-use and recycle the items that we already have, rather than buying everything new. With this in mind, we would love your donations for the following stalls:

• ADOPT A TOY

Please bring in your soft toys and teddies for the adopt a toy stall. This is an extremely popular stall and all toys go to a lovely new home. Please ensure that the soft toys you donate are in good condition.

• GIFTING ROOM

Please donate any unused items that can be re-gifted. Any of the following would be very welcome: toiletries, mugs, alcohol, candles, boxes of sweets/chocolates (unopened), key rings, stationery, compact mirrors, socks (new!) This is a new experience at the fair, children will go into this room, on their own or with their friends/siblings and select a gift for their parent or carer. This will be gift wrapped and then placed under the tree for the big day!

• CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS

Please donate any Christmas decorations that are in excellent condition, but you are no longer using. These will go onto our pre-loved Christmas decoration stall and can go on to a new and happy home!

• CHRISTMAS JUMPERS

Please donate any xmas jumpers that your children have grown out of, please make sure that these are in good condition.

 

Please donate all items to the school office or hand in to your class rep the WEEK BEGINNING 28^TH NOVEMBER.

Year 6 Hoodies 

 Dear Year 6 parents and carers,

Parents should choose, order and pay for their child’s hoodies via this online shop. When the hoodies are ready, they will be delivered to me, and Mrs Lord and I will come to school and arrange to hand them out in the playground. We expect this to be in early January after the Xmas holidays.

Nursery Notices 

 

Please remember to apply to Reception school places for your child for 2023-2024 using the e admissions portal (www.eadmissions.org.uk)  by 15^th January 23 to ensure a school place for next year, as being part of our Nursery doesn’t guarantee a Reception place in Adamsrill. 

If you need further assistance, please contact the school Community Cohesion , Behaviour and Family Liaison Officer (CCBFLO) , Miss Bradshaw.

Please note, it has been predicted it will rain all next week. Make sure your child brings to school suitable attire (waterproof coats with hoods) so that children can play outside.

 Safeguarding: Please ensure that you securely close the Nursery Gate when you excit the grounds.
