Friends of Adamsrill - Winter Fair Update

Dear all,

We’re really looking forward to seeing you on Friday 10th at 4pm for our winter fair!

We’d like to reassure you that we have taken some measures to make the event as Covid secure as possible.

These are the changes we have made:

1) All stalls have now been moved outside except for external stall holders, the grotto and face painting. This is to allow for social distancing and the hall will be well ventilated.

2) Masks will be required indoors.

3) There will be pre-booking for the grotto and face painting to avoid crowding and queuing. Please see the school bulletin for links to book your slot.

4) Instead of making your winter craft on site you can purchase a craft bag to do at home. This is to avoid any crowds.

5) All volunteers will be asked to take a LFT and wear a mask.

6) If you have pre-booked tokens there will be a collection point by the gates to the KS1 playground.

There will be food, drink, games and you could even get some Christmas shopping done!

Art Exhibition Message Update

Adamsrill School Art Exhibition and Art Sale: On Friday 10.12.21

Dear Parents/ Carers,

We are pleased to invite you to our exhibition and sale of fantastic paintings and drawings by both key stage 1 and key stage 2.

The Art work can be purchased with or without a frame.

Prices are as follows:

Unframed drawings and painting are £3.00 each.

Mini bird houses are £1.00 each

Frames are priced at A4 £1.75, A3 £2.50, square frames 32X32 £9.00.

The Art Exhibition and Sale will be held in the end classroom by reception and year 1. 

We only have a limited stock of frames, so if you wish to purchase your child’s/ children’s art, we advise you to visit us first.

The money raised will go towards the whole school to keep enriching the education curriculum at Adamsrill Primary School.

Please endeavour to bring correct money with you.

Christmas Panto - December 14th 

We will be having a Christmas Panto - Red Riding Hood on Tuesday 14th December 

at 1.45pm for the whole school. 

We are asking for a £2 contribution towards the performance please. Parent Pay will be open from Monday.

Missed Flu Vaccine

We have been made aware that a number of children have not received their flu vaccinations.

We do apologise on behalf of the nursing team. We have now managed to arrange another date for the nursing team to visit Adamsrill.
