This role is varied, and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual able to cope in a high-pressure environment and deal with constantly changing priorities.

WE OFFER:
- SC6, Spine Point 18 – 20 (£34,770 - £35,862 pro rata) annual Salary (35 hours per week – term time only plus INSETS (39 weeks) 1 year contract

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience of working in a school environment.
- Experience of working with, and supporting parents
- Liaison with external agencies and community providers
- Experience of working within a senior leadership team
- Good IT Skills
- Experience of being in a similar role.
- Good communication and numeracy skills
- Time management.
- Pride in their work and understanding of the importance of maintaining a safe and attractive learning environment for children
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:
- Demonstrate previous experience working with parents, pupils and other agencies. Demonstrate knowledge of attendance administration and pupils welfare
- Demonstrate knowledge of monitoring and managing pupils’ behavioural issues.
- Experience of development, management and operation of administrative systems Demonstrate good communication skills that allow effective communication with all levels of school staff, governors, pupils, parents, and outside users of the school.
